On March 3rd 2012 the day first talkie cinema ‘Sathi Sulochana’ 3rd March 1934 – the decade celebration of ‘Majestic’ Kannada cinema was held at GM Rejoyz in Malleswaram with a good attendance. The wanted person for the occasion – Darshan did not come. He was the hero from ‘Majestic’. He was held up in a function at Shimoga with his current best friend Sudeep.

Darshan wife Smt Vijayalakshmi received the garland, fruit basket, memento and Mysore Topi on this 10 years celebration of Ullas Creations formed by Ba Ma Harish and brothers. In the last ten years Ullas Creations has made ‘Shishya’ and now ready for release is ‘Magadi’. The director of Majestic a blockbuster PN Sathya was also felicitated with Shishya director Victory Vasu and Magadi director Suresh Goswami.

The grass root responsible person for ‘Majestic’ 10 years ago is PN Sathya said the humble producer Ba Ma Harish.

KV Chandrasekhar as chief guest with Sa Ra Govindu and Thomas D Souza on this occasion said we should not forget the past days. Today morning we remembered via postal stamp the bigwigs of the industry. Today evening we are going back to 10 years of ‘Majestic’ Kannada film.

Sa Ra Govindu in his address stated that producer should win in this industry first. I remember Darshan as a cute boy when SA Govindaraju used to chide him in his house in Mysore. Producers of today are losing because of lack of experience. Ba Ma Harish also should become a strong producer.

Sammarth Ventures Prasad in his address stated that he is too young to sit at this platform. I have not decided on ‘Magadi’ distribution he clarified when the announcement was made by the anchor. I know Ba Ma Harish from last 10 years stated Prasad.

As Common Man Darshan has grown up from Majestic and for that Ullas Creations is responsible and we are grateful to the family members stated Smt Vijayalakshmi Darshan.

The emotional speech came up from director PN Sathya. No one heard the subject of ‘Majestic’ 10 years ago. It is Ba Ma Harish who heard and supported me in making. He took me to his father and further discussion was positive. I have lived for 10 long years from ‘majestic’ Kannada cinema. In the Pooja Room I have the clap board of Majestic Kannada cinema. I expect another offer from Ba Ma Harish team disclosed director PN Sathya.
